To initiate a refund request, kindly contact us at contact@streamline.com, providing your order number and the reason for your request. We will carefully review your request and respond within 48 hours.

It’s important to note that we do not offer refunds for the following reasons:

1. If you have already used the service for more than 7 days.
2. If you have violated our terms and conditions.
3. If you have shared your account with others.
4. If you have utilized a VPN or any other tool to manipulate your location.

In the event of an approved refund, we will process the refund within 7 business days. Please be aware that the refund will be issued using the same payment method you initially used for your purchase.
